[Feature Highlights](https://ask.smartbarrel.io/feature-highlights?hsLang=en) # Company Absentee Module ### **Overview** **![](https://ask.smartbarrel.io/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-2.png?width=670&height=255&name=undefined-2.png)** The Company Absentee Module provides a company-wide view of absentee workers across all projects, allowing admins and office users to manage attendance from a single location. Instead of opening each project individually, users can access the global absentee list directly from Company Timesheets to: - Monitor absentee activity across all active projects - Review workers appearing on multiple absentee lists - Take action quickly from one centralized screen The Company Absentee Module builds on the Project Absentee List functionality and uses the same actions and workflow logic. ### **What the Company Absentee View Shows** The Company Absentee view displays: - Workers currently appearing on the absentee list for any project for the selected day - The number of projects where each worker is marked absent - Action status indicators to show whether additional action is required This gives admins a real-time, global view of attendance across the organization. ### **For Multiple Projects - Status Icons & Indicators** When a worker has more than one absentee on the selected date the project will show **Multiple (x)**, with x representing the number of projects.  ![Screenshot 2026-03-12 at 3.11.40 PM](https://ask.smartbarrel.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-03-12%20at%203.11.40%20PM.png?width=670&height=96&name=Screenshot%202026-03-12%20at%203.11.40%20PM.png) Icons on the right side of the list provide quick visibility into worker status the multiple projects at a glance. ![](https://ask.smartbarrel.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-12-2026-06-54-13-1253-PM.png?width=670&height=697&name=image-png-Mar-12-2026-06-54-13-1253-PM.png) | **Icon** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | ![](https://ask.smartbarrel.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-12-2026-06-59-30-1196-PM.png?width=29&height=23&name=image-png-Mar-12-2026-06-59-30-1196-PM.png) | **No Show Indicator -** How many projects the worker has been marked as **No Show** on for the current day - No Show applies only to the selected day.
