Weekly Calendar View & MyTime – Summary
The Weekly Calendar View in Company Timesheets gives users a visual, calendar-based way to review and manage time across multiple projects. Instead of scanning long tables, shifts are displayed on a weekly calendar where users can:

Select a worker and week, see all shifts in one place, and view summarized stats.

Approve and edit shifts directly from the calendar

For very short shifts approval in the table view easier.

Toggle anytime between Calendar View and the traditional table view.

A new permission, “Edit Own Time Only” (used together with Edit Own Time) lets employees manage only their own time across projects:

Their name is auto-selected and locked in the worker dropdown.

They land in a MyTime-style experience by default.

They can switch between table and calendar views, but only for their own shifts.
