Learn how to Sync your timesheets with Procore's Timesheets and Timecards.
SmartBarrel integrates with both the Timecard and Timesheets sections of Procore. You have the option of syncing only Timecards, are syncing both Timecards and Timesheets.
Below are the fields that are shared between Procore and SmartBarrel when syncing timesheets:

SmartBarrel will update the Procore timesheets every time a user clicks “Sync Timesheet” on the project, or every hour if auto-sync is enabled. SmartBarrel will only create and update timesheets, it will not delete or take any data from Procore. Any changes to the data should be made on the SmartBarrel dashboard, Procore will be corrected when the timesheets are synced again.
Additional Settings:
Auto Sync Time Card: When enabled, the timesheets and timecards will automatically sync to Procore once per hour.
Only Approved Shift: When enabled, only approved shifts will sync to Procore. Unapproved shifts will not sync to Procore.
Include Sub Workers: When enabled, subcontractor workers will sync to the Procore timesheets along with your company’s workers. Their contacts will be created in your company in Procore.
