How do I add a worker from the project timesheet?

The "Add Worker" feature is used when a user needs to quickly assign someone to a project. It's also applicable when the company is not a managed sub.


Step 1. Go to the project timesheet and click on the three-bar icon and select "Project Workers"

 

Step 2. Click “Add worker

 

Step 3. Fill in with the worker's information. If a worker does not own a phone or prefers not to share their number, selecting the “Virtual” option will assign a generic number to the worker. The worker will be able to punch using this number. 

Click on “Quick Add” to save. A green confirmation message will be shown.
