# Vista (AppXchange) - How do I Import Jobs from Vista to SmartBarrel?

## This article is a step-by-step guide to syncing jobs from Vista to SmartBarrel.

### 1. Accessing the Integration

- Click on the "**Integrations**" section in your dashboard
- Click the Viewpoint Vista logo to access the projects page for the integration.

### 2. Viewing Jobs

- All jobs from Viewpoint Vista will be displayed in Smart Barrel.
- Jobs will be categorized as either synced or pending to sync. Synced projects will be automatically sorted to the top of the page.

### 3. Selecting a Job to Import

- Choose a specific project to import. You can search by Job Number if necessary.
- Click on the "**Import**" button.

### 4. Handling Existing Projects

- A list of existing projects in Smart Barrel will appear.
- If the project already exists, choose the "Merge" option.
- If it’s a new project, select "Import as New Project."

### 5. Importing the New Project

- Click "**Import as New Project.**"
- Enter the project address (important for device configuration and geofencing).
- Enter any other missing project information
- Click "**Save**" to create the project in Smart Barrel.

### 6. Configuring Project Settings

- After importing, configure the project integration settings.
- Click "**Save**" to finalize the project integration settings.

### 7. Accessing the Project

- Use the "**View**" button to open the project in a new tab.
- Alternatively, return to the main projects page to see the newly populated project.

### 8. Confirming Sync Status

- Check for the Viewpoint Vista icon in both thumbnail and list view to confirm the project is synced.
- In the integrations projects page, you should also see the "**Imported Date**" for each synced project
