How do I reset my password?

This article explains step by step how to reset your password.


Please consider the password requirements below:

  • Must be at least 8 characters
  • Must contain at least one upper case character
  • Must contain at least one lower case character
  • Must contain at least one numeric character
  • Must contain at least one special character (! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + ` ~ ' " , < . > / ? [ { ] } \ | ; :)
  • Password must be different than your last password

Step 1. Go to https://dashboard.smartbarrel.io/

           Click "Forgot Password"

 

Step 2. On the Forgot Password page, enter the email address associated with your SmartBarrel account and click Reset Password.

Note: Phone numbers cannot be used to reset your password.

 

Step 3. Verify your email.

  • Go to your Email Inbox and search for a "SmartBarrel-Verification Code" email.

 

Note: If the "Verification Code" email is not visible in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there.

  • Enter verification code and click "Verify Account"

 

Step 4. Create a new password and click "Change"



All password requirements must be fulfilled and marked ✅
