If enabled, users will receive a notification message each time an unverified punch or incident report is submitted. #### **Things to consider:** - SMS alerts are set per project. - You need to assign users to receive alerts for each project to which they are assigned. There are two types of SMS alerts available: 1. **Unverified Punch Alert** This option sends an SMS text alert whenever a worker’s facial recognition fails during a punch. In the timesheet, the worker's image will display a circle: ![](https://ask.smartbarrel.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-29-2025-12-23-44-0860-PM.png?width=40&height=36&name=image-png-May-29-2025-12-23-44-0860-PM.png) Red circle = Punch is unverified and triggers a text alert ![](https://ask.smartbarrel.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-29-2025-12-24-11-6667-PM.png?width=38&height=33&name=image-png-May-29-2025-12-24-11-6667-PM.png)Green circle = Punch is verified, no alert sent 2\.   **Incident Submission Notification**  This sends an SMS alert immediately when a worker submits an incident report, whether it’s via **SMS** or the **Mobile App**. #### Set up SMS Alerts Step 1.
