How do I Sign In to the Dashboard if I have Access to Multiple Companies?

Things to consider:

• The "Your Company" selector only appears for users whose email is linked to more than one SmartBarrel company. If you only have access to one company, you will go straight to the dashboard after signing in.

• Your selection lasts for the current session. To switch to a different company, log out and sign back in.

• Companies you have been deactivated from are not shown in the selector.

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is triggered after company selection
• MFA settings and configuration are per company. Each company may have unique MFA requirements. 
  

   

Steps to sign in to a specific company

1. Go to https://dashboard.smartbarrel.io/

2. Enter your email and password, then click "Sign In."

3. If your email is linked to more than one company, the "Your Company" screen appears. Click the dropdown to see the list of companies you have access to.

4. Select the company you want to work in for this session and click "Continue."

5. Complete MFA (If applicable)

How do I switch to a different company?

The company you selected at sign-in is locked in for the session. To work in a different company:

1. Click your profile menu in the top right corner of the dashboard.
2. Click "Log Out."
3. Sign in again and select the different company from the "Your Company" screen.

What if I don't see a company I expect to see?

If a company you expect to access is missing from the "Your Company" dropdown, one of the following may be the case:

• Your account in that company may have been deactivated. Contact an admin at that company to reactivate your account.

• Your email may not yet be linked to that company. Contact an admin at that company to update the email for your user.
