How do you Set Up the Plexxis Integration?

Before connecting the Plexxis V2 integration, you will need to obtain the following credentials from Plexxis:

• Endpoint URL — This is your company's base URL for the Plexxis CORE dataverse. It contains your company stub and PDB (e.g., https://[companystub].plexxis.software/ords/[PDB]/dataverse). Your Plexxis representative can provide this.
• Client ID — Your OAuth 2.0 client identifier, provided by Plexxis.
• Client Secret — Your OAuth 2.0 client secret, provided by Plexxis.

To connect the integration, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the SmartBarrel dashboard and click Integrations in the left-hand sidebar menu.
2. Find the Plexxis V2 integration card and click Connect.
3. In the Configure Plexxis V2 dialog, enter your Endpoint URL in the Endpoint field, your Client ID in the Username field, and your Client Secret in the Password field.
4. Click Connect. You will be taken to Company Settings where you can begin configuring the integration.

Migrating from the initial Plexxis integration to V2?

If your company is migrating to the Plexxis CORE dataverse, please reach out to your SmartBarrel representative before taking any action. They will coordinate the migration with you. When ready, you will need to disconnect the initial Plexxis integration before connecting Plexxis V2.

Need to disconnect the integration?

Click the menu icon (⋮) on the Plexxis V2 integration card. From there you have two options:

• Disable — Turns off all integration functions without removing your configuration or credentials. The integration can be re-enabled at any time.
• Disconnect — Removes the connection entirely. You will need to re-enter your credentials to reconnect.
