[Plexxis](https://ask.smartbarrel.io/integrations?hsLang=en#plexxis) # How do you Sync Timesheets with Plexxis? ## Learn how to export timesheet data from SmartBarrel back to Plexxis using the Plexxis integration. ### **Timesheet Sync** The Plexxis integration allows you to export worker hours from SmartBarrel back to Plexxis. The Timesheet Sync creates or updates timecard entries in Plexxis based on the shift data recorded in SmartBarrel. Syncs are performed on a per-day basis. If a timesheet has already been synced and shifts are subsequently edited in SmartBarrel, you can re-sync the same date to update the existing timecard entries in Plexxis. ### **Approved Shifts** By default, all shifts are included when syncing timesheets. If you want to restrict the sync to only approved shifts, enable **Sync Only Approved Shifts** in the project settings. This is configured per project. See the Project Sync article for more details. ### **Triggering a Timesheet Sync** There are two ways to trigger a Timesheet Sync: **From the project view:** Navigate to the project in SmartBarrel and click **Sync Timesheet** on the Plexxis integration card. This syncs timesheet data for that specific project. **From the Sync Dashboard:** Navigate to **Integrations \> Plexxis V2 \> Sync Dashboard** for an overview of timesheet sync activity across all your projects. The dashboard displays a weekly grid of projects by date. Each cell indicates the sync status for that project on that day: - **Blue** — Timesheet data is available and ready to sync, showing the number of workers. - **Green** — Timesheet has been successfully synced for that date. - **Dash ( - )** — No timesheet data available for that date. To sync from the dashboard, click the cell for the project and date you want to sync. A confirmation dialog will appear — click **Confirm** to proceed. The cell will turn green once the sync is complete. Use the date range picker to navigate between weeks and the Search Project field to find a specific project. ### **What gets synced?** The Timesheet Sync exports worker hours to Plexxis. Workers who are not found in Plexxis will be skipped and will appear as warnings in the sync log. ### **Timesheet Sync Logs** All Timesheet Sync activity is recorded in the integration logs. Navigate to **Integrations \> Plexxis V2 \> Logs** to view them. Timesheet Sync entries will show the Action as **Timecard Sync** and display the corresponding Timesheet Date.
