This article will detail how to bulk-upload timesheets for multiple workers within the same project while saving time on manual entries.
Requirements
Before proceeding, ensure the following requirements are met:

User Permissions
Review the user permission list and verify that the option "Bulk Upload Timesheet" is selected.

Project Permissions
- Go to the project settings and verify that "Allow timesheet Bulk Upload" is enabled.
- A timecard icon should appear in the project timesheet section
3. File Requirements
The Excel file must include one of the following identifiers:
- Payroll ID
- Phone Number (if the worker does not have a Payroll ID)
Save and Upload Timesheets
Step 1. Go to the project timesheet, select the date and click "Upload timesheet" icon
Step 2. Download and Fill Out the Template
- Click "Download the template" to download the Excel file
- Fill in the information (Payroll ID or Phone number in case the worker does not have a Payroll ID and DBID)
- Save the file as an [.xls] document
Step 3. Upload the Timesheet File
- Click "Browse" to locate and upload the saved document.
- Checkmark additional options to apply Break Time Rules, Carry on Productivity, or Round Up Rules if needed. (Optional)

Select the Source (this represents the source of data—this field is required).
Step 4. Review pending shifts; they will stay pending until they are created.
Step 5. Select "Create" to create shifts and approve.
