How to enable MFA company-wide?

This article is for Admins and how to manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for their company on the SmartBarrel platform.

  1. From the main menu, go to Settings and select Security & Privacy.
  2. Toggle Enforce MFA for all users to on.



Notes: 

  • Only an admin from the main company has access to Settings.
  • Once MFA is enabled, all users will be required to complete MFA setup at their next login and will be locked out of the dashboard until they do so.
