How to manage a user’s MFA settings?

Prerequisites

To edit these settings, the user must have the Workers > Edit permission. 

Excluding a Specific Users from Company-Wide MFA

Individual users can be excluded from the company-wide MFA requirement:

  1. Navigate to the Worker Profile for the user you want to exclude.
  2. Under Permissions, locate the Security section (this section only appears when company-wide MFA is enabled).
  3. Check the box to Exclude worker from MFA.

 

Resetting a User's MFA

If a user loses access to their authenticator or is locked out:

  1. Navigate to the Worker Profile for that user.
  2. Under the Security section in Permissions, click Reset MFA.
  3. Confirm the action in the confirmation dialog. The user's MFA settings will be cleared and they will be required to complete MFA setup again at their next login.
