How to manage a user’s MFA settings?
Prerequisites
To edit these settings, the user must have the Workers > Edit permission.
Excluding a Specific Users from Company-Wide MFA
Individual users can be excluded from the company-wide MFA requirement:
- Navigate to the Worker Profile for the user you want to exclude.
- Under Permissions, locate the Security section (this section only appears when company-wide MFA is enabled).
- Check the box to Exclude worker from MFA.
Resetting a User's MFA
If a user loses access to their authenticator or is locked out:
- Navigate to the Worker Profile for that user.
- Under the Security section in Permissions, click Reset MFA.
- Confirm the action in the confirmation dialog. The user's MFA settings will be cleared and they will be required to complete MFA setup again at their next login.
