Production Quantities enable field crews to record daily work progress and link it to budgeted cost codes. This article walks you through the process and steps for logging production quantities.
Things to consider:
- Assigning production quantities requires having all shifts closed or at least the shift you will be applying quantities to.
- All shifts need to have a cost code assigned.
Steps to Log Production Quantities:
Step 1. Assign Cost Codes
- From the project timesheet, select productivity and assign cost codes.
Step 2. Assign Quantities
- Select Quantity to display a list of assigned cost codes and bring on quantities.
Step 3. Enter Daily Quantity
- Enter the total quantity for each field
- The system will automatically distribute quantities across workers.
