CMIC Employees Import

Before importing your workers from CMIC to SmartBarrel, ensure all required fields are correctly set up in your CMIC account:

Required Fields in the CMIC Employee Profile:

  • Personal
    • First Name (Required)
    • Last Name (Required)
    • Status: Active (Required)

  • Company
    • E-Time (Required; cannot be blank)

  • Address
    • Cell Phone (Required; must be a 10-digit unique phone number)

      ⚠️ Note: Only the Cell Phone field is imported by the SmartBarrel API. Other phone number fields will not be imported.


Importing Workers from CMIC to SmartBarrel

Once your data is verified and ready, follow these simple steps to import your workers from CMIC to SmartBarrel:

    1. Log in to your SmartBarrel Dashboard.
    2. Go to Integrations.
    3. Click on CMIC.
    4. Access the Integration Menu. (Top right menu)
    5. Go to the Users page.
    6. Click on Sync Users.
    7. Check the logs to ensure the job was successful and that there are no errors.

⚠️ If an employee is deleted or terminated in CMIC the worker will be de-activated in SmartBarrel
