How do I add a manual shift?

This article will show the steps to add a manual shift for a worker within the timesheet.

Step 1. Go to the project timesheet, find the company that the worker belongs to, and click on the "+" sign

 

Step 2. Click on "Add shift"

 

Step 3. Enter all the shift time details. 

  • Select Worker, then enter the date and time for their Punch In and Punch Out
  • Enter the break time manually in the blank field, or check the box to apply the default break time rules automatically.
  • Add a reason to explain this change. 
  • You can enable the option to notify workers via SMS about the punch update. If selected, the system will automatically send a message to the selected worker.
  • Click "Create."
