Step 2. Select the option accordingly and click on "Apply" when finished

  • Sort By: The default sorting option is chronological. However, you also have the option to sort alphabetically by either First Name or Last Name.
  • Department: This option makes it easy to view and filter shifts based on the various departments within the company.
  • Positions: It sorts based on positions assigned to workers.
  • Status: It filters shifts by indicating whether they are open or closed.
  • Type: It displays shifts according to their entry type, such as Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • Approval: This option sorts shifts based on the approval status of each shift to easily differentiate between shifts that have been approved and those that are still pending approval.
  • Has Costcode: The option filters shifts based on productivity, whether they have a cost code assigned.
  • Verification: This option displays the photo verification status of the images submitted.
  • Device: It sorts the timesheet by showing punches created on devices.
