Description: Shift data will be loaded on the left-hand side, and then the hours will be displayed chronologically from left to right. Each date will have an RT and OT column, if applicable a DT column will also be generated. Some workers may have multiple rows if their shifts contain multiple projects or productivity assignments. Each worker will have a bolded row at the end of their section that represents all of their totals in the data range. Per Diem calculations will be based on per diem eligibility from the timesheet multiplied by the worker's daily per diem rate.

Description: detailed payroll report for a worker or group of workers. The PDF version will generate a single page for each worker, the Excel version will generate a new sheet in the Excel file for each selected worker.

Use Case: Review hours in a weekly timesheet format with custom per diem logic

Description: This report is required to run on dates that are Monday through Sunday. The shift data will be loaded on the left-hand side, and then the hours will be displayed chronologically left to right with the weekday names as the headers. Each worker will have a per diem row, and the timesheet per diem eligibility will be tracked. For this report, they are considered codes, so the end of the report sums the days where per diem applies and does not sum the total eligibility values. For example, if every weekday has "2" in per diem, the total will still be 5 at the end of the week.

Description: Can be run for a single project on a single day, it will show every worker that was present on that day with their start and stop time. The PDF version will also show each worker's punch pictures. The first section will contain a data summary, and the field logs will populate at the end of the report and also include any attachments in the PDF version.
