The project SMS service is a feature that can gather daily information from workers as they punch in/ out of the project for incidents, per diem eligibility, and working over their lunch break
Step 1. On the project page, click on the three-bar icon in the upper right corner and select "Project Settings"
Step 2. Scroll down to "SMS Services." Select the type of service, the days, and the punch type when the SMS will be sent.
- Submit a Claim: Will ask workers if something happened during their shift
- Request Per Diem: Will ask workers if they are eligible for Per Diem for the day
- Lunch break: Will ask workers if they worked during their lunch break
Step 3. Add as many variations of messaging as required. Click "Save"
